Age rule: VoiceX is for adults only — 18 years and above (18+). The Android package is com.voicex.app.
This Children's Policy explains how VoiceX treats minors and children’s data. It supports Play Store / family-safety expectations and works together with our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and Delete Account pages.
VoiceX is a social voice, chat, gifts, VIP and community app. It is not directed to children under 18. We do not design VoiceX for kids, schools or child entertainment.
We do not knowingly:
By creating an account or using VoiceX, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The app and website show 18+ notices. Parents and guardians must not let a child under 18 use VoiceX.
If we learn that a user is under 18, or that we hold data of a child under 18, VoiceX may:
Parents / guardians may email support@voicexfunshare.com with the VoiceX ID (if known), registered phone or email, and proof of guardianship if we request it. We may ask for enough information to find and remove the child’s data.
VoiceX may show optional rewarded ads (Google AdMob) for adult users’ daily tasks. VoiceX is not a child-directed app. We do not knowingly use advertising ID or ads to target children under 18. See the Privacy Policy for AdMob details.
Coins and VIP are digital goods for 18+ users via Google Play Billing only. Children under 18 must not purchase or use VoiceX wallets. If a purchase was made by or for a minor in violation of this policy, contact Google Play support and VoiceX support. Delivered digital items follow our Refund Policy.
Live voice, chat, moments, gifts and profiles are adult social features. Content rules ban sexual content involving minors, exploitation, grooming and similar abuse. Report abuse in the app or email support. Hosts/staff may mute, kick or ban. VoiceX may remove content and accounts that break safety rules.

Such accounts may be banned permanently. We may preserve limited records where required by law and report to authorities when appropriate.
We do not want children’s: real name, school, home address, phone, email, photos, voice recordings, precise location, ID documents or payment details. If such data is submitted by mistake for a minor, we treat it under Section 4 (delete / restrict).
If you believe your child under 18 used VoiceX:
We aim to review such requests carefully. Account deletion paths also apply (see Section 11).
Any user (including a parent acting for a minor account we are removing) can request deletion:
Email deletion requests may take 7–30 days. Some backup, fraud, legal or security logs may be kept for a limited time where the law requires.
VoiceX is operated from India and offered as an 18+ service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 18 for VoiceX eligibility). If you believe we have such information, contact us for deletion. This policy is not legal advice; local laws may add extra rights.
We may update this Children's Policy. The “Last Updated” date will change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy, together with the Terms and Privacy Policy.
