VoiceX sells digital products such as virtual coins, VIP duration packs, virtual gifts, room effects, frames, badges and other in-app digital items. Coins and VIP are sold through Google Play Billing as one-time / managed products in the Android app (com.voicex.app). This website does not sell packs.
If Google Play charged you and VoiceX has already credited the coins or VIP to your account, that purchase is not refundable through VoiceX. Delivered virtual items have no cash value and cannot be reversed for a money refund from VoiceX.
The same rule applies if you already received VIP benefits after payment: once VIP is active on your account, it is not refundable through VoiceX.
If Google Play shows a successful charge but coins or VIP did not appear in your VoiceX wallet within a reasonable time, email support@voicexfunshare.com within 24–48 hours with:
After we verify the Play purchase token, VoiceX will credit the missing coins or VIP. Money refunds for Play charges (if any) are decided by Google Play, not by VoiceX reversing a card charge inside the app.
Accidental or unrecognised Play charges may also be requested through Google Play’s refund centre. Google decides those requests under Google’s policy. VoiceX cannot reverse a Google Play charge by itself.
Gifts already sent, frames/badges already used, coins already spent in completed games, and VIP time already consumed are not refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable Google Play policies or applicable law.
If a duplicate Google Play Billing purchase happens, email the Google Play order ID, screenshot and VoiceX ID to support@voicexfunshare.com within 48 hours.
If you believe a Google Play Billing purchase was made without your permission, contact Google Play support and VoiceX support. VoiceX will review the in-app credit. Charge reversal is handled by Google Play.
Founder-authorised coin sellers may transfer operational credits. Those coins are not Google Play purchases and are not refundable as Play charges. They remain virtual items for in-app use only.
VoiceX coins are virtual digital items used only inside the app. Coins cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, transferred for cash or converted into real money. Arcade play spends virtual coins for entertainment only.
