1. Digital Products & Services

VoiceX ek social entertainment platform hai. Hum Coins, VIP Membership, Noble Privileges, Gifts, Room Effects jaise virtual items bechte hain. Ye sab digital products hain jo kharidne ke baad instantly deliver ho jate hain. Isliye inka refund nahi hoga.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Ye sab items final sale hain: Coins Recharge, VIP Subscription, Noble Upgrade, Virtual Gifts, Game Entries, Room Decoration, Effects, Agency/Host related purchases.

3. Failed Transactions

Agar payment deduct hua hai lekin Coins/VIP account me nahi aaye, to 5-7 working days me amount auto-refund ho jayega. Ya phir hum manually aapke VoiceX wallet me coins credit kar denge.

4. Duplicate Payment

Galti se double payment ho jaye to Transaction ID, Screenshot aur User ID ke saath founder@voicexapp.info pe 48 hours ke andar mail karein. Verification ke baad refund process kar denge.

5. Unauthorized Transaction

Agar aapke account se bina permission payment hua hai to turant support se contact karein. Investigation ke baad decision liya jayega.
