1. Digital Products & Services

VoiceX sells digital products such as virtual coins, VIP memberships, virtual gifts, room effects, frames, badges and other in-app digital items.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Once delivered, coins recharge, VIP subscription, virtual gifts, room effects, frames, badges and other digital items are generally non-refundable.

3. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but coins or VIP benefits are not delivered, users can contact support. After verification, VoiceX may credit the digital item or process refund according to payment gateway status.

4. Duplicate Payment

If duplicate payment happens, email the transaction ID, screenshot and user ID to support@voicexapp.info within 48 hours.

5. Unauthorized Transaction

If you believe a payment was made without your permission, contact support immediately. VoiceX will review the issue and take action according to policy.

6. Virtual Coins Notice

VoiceX coins are virtual digital items used only inside the app. Coins cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, transferred or converted into real money.
