Personal Data: name, email, phone number, profile photo, gender, country and account details.
Usage Data: voice room activity, chat activity, virtual gifts, VIP usage, device information and IP address.
Payment Data: Google Play Billing purchase token, product ID, order ID and purchase status. Digital goods (coins and VIP) are sold only through Google Play Billing. VoiceX does not collect or store debit card, credit card or UPI details.
Verification Data: if you use face verification, a photo may be processed to confirm a live human face. We do not use this as a public identity document store.
Room audio (user-added songs): if you add a song in a room from your device storage, that audio file is temporarily uploaded so people in the same room can hear it. You must only upload audio you have rights to use.
Advertising ID: rewarded ads (Google AdMob) in the app may use your device advertising ID as described in Google’s ads policies.
We use data to provide login, voice rooms, chat, virtual gifts, VIP features, daily tasks, support, safety, moderation and account services.
We show optional rewarded ads (Google AdMob) for daily-task rewards. We do not sell your personal data. AdMob may process advertising identifiers under Google’s policies.
Agency and host data may be used for host management and gift performance reporting according to VoiceX policy.
These services process data on our behalf:
Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging); Agora RTC for live voice; Google Play Billing for digital goods; Google AdMob for rewarded ads; Google Cloud Vision for face verification.
The Android app package is com.voicex.app. App login is phone OTP or Google sign-in (email login may also be available in the app).
We do not sell user data. Limited data may be shared only with Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, the processors listed above, legal authorities, or for platform safety and support.
We use standard industry measures (including TLS and Firebase security rules) to protect user data. No internet platform can guarantee 100% security. VoiceX does not claim military-grade secrecy or kernel anti-hack protection.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data.
Delete in the VoiceX Android app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

VoiceX is intended for users aged 18 and above (18+) only. We do not knowingly allow children under 18 to use VoiceX or collect their data on purpose. If we find data of a minor, we may delete the account and related data. Full details: Children's Policy.
https://voicexapp.info is a public marketing and policy website. It does not replace the Android app and does not sell coins or VIP in a browser checkout.
