Usage Data: voice room activity, chat activity, virtual gifts, VIP usage, device information and IP address.
Payment Data: transaction ID, order ID and payment status. VoiceX does not store debit card, credit card or UPI PIN details.
We use data to provide login, voice rooms, chat, virtual gifts, VIP features, support, safety, moderation and account services.
Agency and host data may be used for host management and gift performance reporting according to VoiceX policy.
We do not sell user data. Limited data may be shared only with payment gateways, service providers, legal authorities, or for platform safety and support.
