1. Eligibility

VoiceX use karne ke liye aapki age 18+ honi chahiye. Nabalig users ke liye parents ki permission zaruri hai.

2. Services

VoiceX ek social platform hai jaha aap: Group Voice Chat Rooms, Live Audio/Video Streaming, Games like Ludo/Dice, Virtual Gifting, VIP/Noble memberships, Agency & Host system, Private Chat, AI Assistant support ka use kar sakte hain.

3. Virtual Currency - Coins

1. Coins real money se kharide jate hain aur sirf VoiceX app ke andar use hote hain.

2. Coins ka cash me conversion nahi hota. Ye non-transferable hain.

3. Coins se Gifts, Games Entry, VIP, Noble, Store Items kharide ja sakte hain.

4. Games me jeete gaye coins bhi virtual hain. Unka real money withdrawal nahi hai.

4. User Conduct

App me ye sab mana hai: Gaali-galoch, Nudity, Illegal content, Spam, Harassment, Fake profiles. Violate karne par account ban/suspend ho sakta hai.

5. Agency, Host & Admin System

Agency, Host, Manager, Coin Seller, Admin roles ke apne rules hain. Target, Commission, Payouts VoiceX ke terms ke according honge.

6. Account Termination

Terms violate karne par hum bina notice account delete/suspend kar sakte hain. Unused coins refund nahi honge.

7. Limitation of Liability

VoiceX user-generated content ke liye responsible nahi hai. App "as is" basis pe di ja rahi hai.
