Delete Some Data (Keep Your Account)

Use this page if you want VoiceX to remove some of your data but you want to keep your account. To delete the whole account instead, see Delete Account.

1. What you can clear in the app (no email needed)

• Clear chat / conversation for you: In Messages, open a chat → use Clear / delete chat options where shown. This removes that conversation from your view on your side.
• Other in-app clear or remove actions (where available) for content you control.

2. Request more data removal by email (account stays open)

Email support@voicexfunshare.com with subject: Delete some data – keep account and include:

• VoiceX User ID
• Registered phone or email
• What you want removed (for example: specific chats, a profile photo, moments you posted)

We aim to process email requests within 7–30 days after we verify the account.

3. What may be deleted

• Selected chat history visible on your side after Clear
• Content you ask us to remove that we can reasonably find and delete (profile photo, posts, etc.)

4. What may be kept

• Your account login, VoiceX ID, wallet/VIP records needed to run the service
• Purchase / fraud / security / legal logs for a limited time where required
• Copies other users may still hold (for example messages they received before you cleared)

5. Delete entire account instead

In app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or use Delete Account.
